The most I’ve gotten was some salty dude telling me I got lucky after rocking him two straight rounds. Generally, after a good match, win or lose, I’ll kick out a GG. It’s always a good feeling to see sportsmanship among online competition as it’s so easy to just be an anonymous salty asshole.
Some dude sent me a voice message saying, “I just want to let you know you’re cheap and you’re a ******.” After I killed him bad with Rachel, yes Rachel.
Felt good to see I can still get hate with such a shitty character.
I was fighting this guy named Nitro Noodlez. He beat my poor Carl to death with Tager or Hazama, I think. I can’t remember. But I looked at his profile and his motto said “All in dat ayuuuusss”, which made me Lol. I sent him a message saying “All in dat ayuusss, indeed! -something about me getting beaten up and that I’d go train and come back again and a good game-.” He sent a message back saying: “Good game. Feel free to come back anytime. I respect Carl players.” which was cool of him.
I typically like to send a sporting message to my opponents even if I do lose.
I was fighting this fellow named “Captain Zura” once also, he was playing Hazama. I got him in an “ol’ skool” Carl corner clap-loop (say that three times fast o.o), but Hazama didn’t die and the guy had NO life left. I guess they scaled it a bunch, but anyways, after I clapped him in the corner like 8 times consecutively (and not doing any damage appearantly), he fell down then gave me the ol’ face punch and beat me. I laughed so hard. I sent him a message saying “What the deuce! Lol that was ridiculous! How did that not kill him?? Oh well, they broke my Carl, good game.”
He didn’t reply, he was probably laughing vampiricly to himself because he didn’t die.

Lol tell me about it. I hate rage quitters, I have not met them yet since ive been online since yesterday, but I play Rumble Fighter online all the time and they cuss the hell out of you when I pwn them. Its mad funny lol, but they only do it because they do not know there is a practice/ training mode lol.
I received one from a Jin who really, really, really liked his Drive attacks. I beat him with proper spacing and pokes and the few small combo’s I know with Hakumen, and he sent me a message saying, “Spammer lol”.
I replied with, “Winner lol”
It’s the way it should be lol.

I’ve gotten 3 of those after every match from the same guy.
Once I was playing against a Haku-Men player that was really counter happy and kept knocking me out of my pressure strings. After being reduced to about half health off of this (I’ll admit, I wasn’t playing my best) I start beating them really badly by simply running up and grabbing over and over. It eventually led them into the corner where I got Noel’s 5,000+ damage corner loop twice over and killed them. …Or started to kill them, anyway.
In the midst of the second corner loop they rage quit on me and set me a message.

I dominated a Litchi as Rachel and he sent me
“Only reason why I couldn’t land a hit on you is because your chest is too flat!”

I kind of troll the game for the hell of it. Taunting as Hakumen inside the void, after counters, some combos, and stalling matches for astral heats.

A Mu player refused to fight me because I was using Tsubaki. He kept saying over the Mic: “I’m not fighting you” and “I put the controller down on the bed, I’m not touching it…” I asked him why he wouldn’t fight and he said “He can’t win against her.” o.O!?

Got a Rage quit from a ZeroX07 twice in a day, so I sent a message asking.
Me: Are you serious? Another Rage quit? 
ZeroX07: First I would like to say that wasnt me. If I answer back because it is I who you played against. When people use my account I warn them about quitting if they lose since I dont want their loss to reflect upon me. Next time dont be so cocky to assume anything. I accidentally hit “beginner mode” before i picked carl in a player match. i couldnt really do anything cause all my buttons were whacked, so i let the dude slap me around till he won. i got kicked from the room, when i sent him a messege that said “sorry, I accidentally put beginner mode on and my buttons were messed”, went back in, and proceeded to kill him and his friend over and over.
kind of a flip side to the way this thread goes. i felt like if i had quit out instead of giving him the rounds i would have looked like a jerk
I haven’t had a rage quit once. I’ve even gotten two nice messages. One “GG” from a guy double my level, which was nice. And one from a Bang vs Bang match, where the guy was a lot better (reaction, baiting, etc.), but my combos were longer. He still won, but gave me a nice “Damn! Your combos are way too long! GG!”

He’s so right. You should stop blocking altogether. In fact, every Carl player should stop blocking. Makes my life easier.
