edit: so yeah, episode was good cuz something finally happened. If the first half of the season hadn’t been so slow and there wasn’t a break, that scene probably would have been even more powerful.

the preview was very misleading: when i watched it i was pretty pissed, cause i felt it had screwed me (escape shown). I was very happy to see it take a completely different route.
But the governor called in to let him off.

I found that I agreed too much with Shane being whipped during his speech. So I stay.
Darryl is really the only person I still like though. Almost everyone else has done/said something that makes me dislike them. Carl’s shenanigans have also gotten real old. Is Lori really completely incompetent? The house is boarded up and she still can’t keep track of him.
Actually, damn, the only ones I really liked were the ones who went into the woods.

daryl is gdlk. dont see him dying anytime soon. even saw him ready to step up as no.2 guy in the group. knew shane was gonna die. just a matter of this ep or next. maybe season 3 will be tdawgs season. or who knows, he could get it in the finale. also make glen less squeamish next season. really irks me about his char.
the horde looks to be a gdlk ending to this season.
I think it was supposed to depict the frustrations of the group losing Dale, although we all know Shane doesn’t really care.
Something for the tube fans to know about TWD, and no its not really a spoiler. Its about how a herd can happen to the farm.
Walkers track by sound and sight, give or take if they have the body parts for it. That means if there’s a gunshot in the distance and a walker heard it, generally speaking it will walk off in that direction until it has a reason not to, like terrain it can’t cross or fences or something. And walkers endurance is pretty much infinite, so it’ll keep walking on forever.
Remember season 1 when Glenn came back to the mountain camp in the car alarm’d car? They commented you wouldn’t be able to pinpoint where the sound came from. Well, now in season 2 there’s wide open spaces and fields, and the barn had a fucking firing squad of sound. That’s the type of sound that can really carry to crazy distances.
They are coming.
