I was kinda pissed the fat man died. I liked em on the mentalist lol. I mean ya I can see why logically one of them would have to die for the other to escape but wtf man. You say sorry and do a gutshot? Sunofa bitch if ur gonna use em as a meal at least put a bullet in his head. This ain’t Jurassic park, the zombies don’t care if your kickn a lil bit.

And lets revisit how both of these guys are limping to begin with. This big guy is a huntsman. He wanders the woods, the terrain, he kills stuff. How the hell do you land completely on your leg jumping off a bleacher? You have all the time in the world to prepare for your death race and you jump off and land squarely on your leg. But hey shit happens, theirs a bunch of zombies below you, maybe he’s not thinking…

Now for guy #2. Otis is limpn his ass off leading all but 2!! count them 2 zombies that see the other guys and come up for him. Now shane has a gun, and at this point firing rounds off sure as hell don’t matter. But He gut shots a zombie (A (1) ZOMBIE, and it tumbles down and takes the other one with it. Then he takes his time, all nice and casual dropping the sacks to the ground, and his gun…??? Ok, then nonchalantly he swings his legs out the window takes a quick few breaths for the fall then decides to take more time and hand from his arms. All the while mind you zombie #2 is of course to anyone with a brain picking his ass up and then re-climbing the stairs. two more seconds and one more burst of a shotgun could have supplied him with all the time in the world to drop safely down in a roll without injuring his legs.

Now that’s just the drop perspective. Heres another perspective. They are on top of this wall mount. Their is a set of lets say…30 zombies below them. They have a rifle and a shotgun… Yes the gun that explodes shit at point blank range with 30 targets huddled together and POINT BLANK RANGE. Not only could you have taken care of those 30 zombies with that gun, but you could have used the damn rifle as a club. And smashed the heads in silently. Hell I’d even venture one of em had a knife on them. Lash the bitch to the gun and you got a long reaching bayonet.

These 2 guys were damn well retarded in their escape.

i thought the comic was glacially paced but this takes it to a whole new level. add really bad acting and melodrama on top of it and i have no idea why this is such a big hit

mainly because their really isn’t anything hardcore to do with zombies in movies or series. Look at zombieland. For the first time besides a few other goes someone actually made a movie that wasn’t the same old, oh shit theirs zombies, lets barricade in a mall/house/easter egg acid rain whatever.

A real zombie flick based in a series is damn near non existent. So it was something new besides the b rated horror flicks and 2000 other cop drama’s. Though this one has cops and drama…, guess they did slip that in.

This show is seriously lacking… something. Probably more zombies but that doesn’t seem like a very original answer. It needs far less Lori and Rick and much more Daryl, Shane, Andrea(after she puts some skill points into her light and heavy firearm tree), Glenn//farmgirl action, TYREESE AND MICHONNE.

I’ve said it before shooting Otis in the leg was the right move. Needed noise moreso than a meal. The one consistent sense about the stupid fucking zombies is hearing. They mess up smells apparently, black dude bleeding all over himself, sight, Daryl and said black man barely covering themselves in corpses. Others however seem to be psychic, looking under cars and into the RV to get Andrea and that stupid little girl that probably starved to death by now.

As far as being critical of zombie intelligence, I think we’re nitpicking the shit out of this, honestly.

Apart from parkour zombie (as VS put it) the range of zombie intellect can probably be based their intelligence or tendencies prior before transforming. If we got technical, maybe the fresher the zombie, the smarter it is, and eventually once the brain and body decay enough, their intelligence goes down as well?

There is precedent too, like the black mom zombie trying to open the door, and the little girl zombie reaching for her doll. Ingrained response to certain situations and objects.

It’s only been a couple of days. Human beings can survive a lot longer than that without food… and it doesn’t look like any of them in the group are hurting for food. She could start being dehydrated soon if she hasn’t found any drinkable water. Or it’d be hilarious if they found her sick because she drank dirty ass river water and then she died shortly after.
