Your love for the character is clearly blinding you to common sense and reading comprehension. Even if your suspicious of a group of people, if they are treating you respectfully and kindly offering you food, shelter, and other luxuries which you haven’t been able to think about since you’ve spent the last year or so trying to stay alive the least you can do is say thanks. To argue otherwise is an open admission to not understanding the concept of ethics and human decency which you’re more than welcome to do.
Regarding your second point, it doesn’t hold water because you’re arguing under a false premise. You are using knowledge of future events that have not been revealed to those who know only what the show has shown so far. Anything related to the comics is irrelevant. Based strictly off the show so far Woodbury is paradise compared to the alternative . You’re free to continue thinking that a large group of people who live in a town and have the luxury of scrambled eggs is a worse fate than spending every waking moment scrambling for food and water while having to sleep with 1 eye open.

Being an ungrateful bitch for 1 episode doesn’t mean that’s all she ever is or that there is nothing more to her than that. In retrospect Dale might now be my favorite character he had more integrity and sense of decency in his cataracts than most of the cast combined.

You like dale however dales logic is flawed. He wanted to give that boy a chance but that boy ran with fools that would just go and rape people. Even if that boy did not want to go back to the farm his people would have forced him to go and it would have been another prison scene, except a lot more would have been dead.

Hell we still use cloth diapers, we did for my son for the first few months, and we are going to with our next baby too. It’s a little different than the old days, they drop off clean diapers, and take away the old soiled diapers, so I don’t even have to wash them. Work really well.

I don’t understand how you guys are going to get all mad about someone spoiling something on a social media site. It’s a SOCIAL MEDIA SITE, the intended purpose is to talk about current events and things of interest. I learned when I moved out west for a few months that those few hours of waiting for it to air on my time will mean I have to avoid EVERYTHING so I don’t see spoilers. Are you so dependent you cannot just leave Facebook until you’ve watched what you wanted to watch?
I waited until the next morning and I still got shit from people. I’m not sorry, fuck you. The world won’t wait until you’ve watched something. I’ll give you until after the show is aired PST, after that it’s all on you.

Not really. Even without basing it on the comics, it’s pretty evident that amiss the “paradise” lies a hell. We, the viewers, are shown this not only by The Governor’s massacre of survivors- but by his room filled with heads. The show doesn’t baby you.
He’s right though, even in that episode she wasn’t being ungrateful, simply skeptical at a huge degree. They witnessed not only the death of two dead people (without information on the undead process), but were held @ gunpoint along with being blind-folded into the camp. Let’s not forget the obvious signs of a struggle on the vehicle and the survivors’ death. There’s so much to be skeptical of in a world like that.
Sorry for arguing against you even though you were talking to the other poster; I just wanted to point out some glaring flaws within your post.
Also, It would have made a much better deviation from the comics and MUCH stronger character development if Carl shot Lori the second she died heartlessly.

This is what is great about the show & the books…Not everyone will react the same way, people has their past & reasons to do what they feel that have to do in certain situation. Like Michonne said her gut says she dont trust them & her survival instinct has kept her alive so far…
Not to mention they did capture them through gunpoint…I would be a little pissed too…You also got to factor in the setting, in time where there is hardly any food & not trusting anyone, why would they be so open arms…I would skeptical too…
I totally agree. I understand why Michonne is cautious and why Blondie wants to stay. Honestly I don’t know what I would do until I am forced to. I think I would recoup and get healthy then dipset when I get better.
Is it me or is there a huge difference in the Men to Female/children ratio? Everytime I see the town there’s hardly any males and that includes the soldiers. Doesn’t anybody in the town notice this?
Also can anybody tell me why the Governor kept the heads of Michonne’s zombie slaves? What’s the significance of this?
