Guys, this episode. I was in tears when Rick lost his shit. I’ve seen many projects Andrew Lincoln has acted in and this was his best performance by a long shot.
T-Dogg went too soon. He was always my security blanket. Now no one is safe. I knew Lori bit it in the comics but thought the show would change it so her character can stay on. Boy, was I wrong.
Ricks breakdown at the end was epic, carl standing there like… You put a bullet in your best friend, I put a bullet in mom.
At least she went out like a G, she pretty much had the baby gutted from her. Only redeeming thing she has done…

The FUCK? I mean, the actress for Lori I can understand. I hate her character but I really don’t blame it on the actress too much (though we’d actually have to see the script to be sure) and she got a ton of scenes and relevancy. It would make sense for her to want one. But T-DOGG? He didn’t even get like more than 7 lines for an episode until this one. Part of me disbelieves it considering how sad the dude was on Talking Dead, dude was about to bawl. I’m pretty sure he would’ve backed down immediately if he thought he would get offed for it. Idk, that seems suspect to me.
Robert Kirkman has stated that he doesn’t like giving characters spectacular deaths because that’s a more realistic way to portray death in a zombie scenario. This, plus the fact that the shot was of screen, makes me think that Lori might not be dead after all. Carol probably didn’t die so she might have found her and saved her. A long shot but I just found the death scene a bit much when considering the standards the comic book has set. I hope she’s dead though. Not because I hate her (I do) but because of the development of Rick and Carl. The preview for the next episode has rekindeled my hope for a “We are the walking dead!” speech.
I’ve never been so sad to see a useless character like T-Dogg die. RIP, man. Something was definitely wrong when he had more lines this episode than usual. I don’t understand Carol covering him when he got bit. Seriously WTF. Also, he had the strength to pin two zombies against the wall but couldn’t knock them down? You would think a good push would cause zombies to easily topple over. Things can barely walk.
Lori’s death… I didn’t really care about, actually. I hated her so much that any emotion that was in her death scene didn’t really reach me.
Beth is a pedphile. Seriously wtf. Carl is supposed to be 8 or 9.

Yes, it actually happened.
I missed last week’s episode and watched it tonight. really surprised he’s still around even though inkind of expected to see him again eventually. Michonne is such an ungrateful judgemental bitch lost some respect for her after episode 3. Sure she was right to be distrustful of the governor after what he did in episode 4 however, she had no proof to go on just her “gut”. With that judgmental attitude she has no right to be the slightest bit offended about being judged herself for her gender or the color of her skin, or any reason. The governor and his crew could not have been any more kind or hospitable. He offers them real home cooked food, a real house and bed to sleep in, a community of regular people trying to get back to some form of civilization! Among other amenities all offered for free and what does she do? spends the whole time with a permanent scowl like someone is constantly farting up her nose, I mean it’s not like she was living an MTV cribs lifestyle before meeting the governor, not even a thank you wow that’s almost as bitchmade as Lori.
Episode 4 tonight however gave Michonne a degree of righteous indignation she thought she had before so her suspiciousness as justified here. I wasn’t really sad about T-dogg given how painstakingly expendable the show has made him out to be his scene was comedic. On the other side of things Lori’s scene and the ending FLOORED me emotionally, I was shocked just how much the final scenes leveled me.
Regardless of how much people hate Lori the final scenes of tonight’s episode were powerful to put it mildly, easily the best episode of the show so far. dare I say this episode was almost Breaking Bad tier.

Haven’t watched the current season.
The characters on that show just do some of the dumbest things. Granted the way everything kinda connects is cool, but its just that “cool”… I literally don’t like one person on that show besides “Gus” sofar.
The show is well put together, imo the walking dead does everything that show does better, and has more to offer.

If I had to choose between The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad I would choose the latter without an ounce of hesitation.
I knew T-dogg would be dead soon…What a waste of a character, he was only guy that seemed to have compassion for strangers. I always thought I would be like T-dogg but after thinking about I would have just killed all them prisoners.
