Or read an article from a cardiologist. A cardiologist that isn’t employed by general mills. Because of rule #1 about self-representation.
(For the record, I agree that vaporizers are a far healthier alternative that cigarettes but don’t justify the use of vaporizers with bad and probably fake “science”.)

[] Toxicants is e-cigarette smoke are 9-450 times less than what is found in tobacco smoke
[] When the fluid is heated with a high powered battery, the levels of formaldehyde almost match what is found in tobacco.
[] Side effects are of low severity, however there have been some reports of lipid pneumonia(obviously because the ‘juices’ used are greasy)
[] Obviously using too much high concentration liquid will leave you calling the poison control center

While there is increased interest, scientists are coming to the same conclusion and it is not worth investing money into until the guinea pig generation(no offense), have used these devices for a long period of time. Keep using them, so when I am old as dirt, I can find out if these devices are as safe as proclaimed. These studies were done 2-3 years ago, there is no new knowledge up-and-coming for a really long time.
And in other words, any article other articles you read are bullshit. Because they are regurgitating old research. I don’t even have proof that the people in @Paparhino 's article actually did anything.
tl;dr Enjoy vaping, I hope you guys end up living long health lives so I can start adding THC to my mixtures when I’m about to retire.
I know cigarettes do and I have a pack I bought a month ago which I still haven’t finished (smoked like 7 so far) but, coffee doesn’t work on me unfortunately. And cigarettes kind of smell, so I was leaning towards buying a vape but wasn’t sure if they help you stay awake.
If you use nicotine long-term, you may not find it to be overly stimulating in that way. I always vape right before bed, as I used to smoke right before bed. One last unwind before I hit the sack.
Not taking nicotine into account , can any of you fellas tell me exactly what the harmful substances in e-cigs are?
I don’t smoke/vape/whatever but i am just genuinely curious about this now that i have read a little about it.
would it be safe to say that a e-cig are much less harmful than a regular cigarette?
@ExposedD It really is just nicotine and propylene glycol. While it’s not exactly harmless to inhale lipids it’s nowhere near as bad as cigarette smoke. There are a class of compounds called nitrosamines which are carcinogenic but these are also found in trace amounts in comparison to cigarettes.
I decided to bust mine out again and use 0% nicotine juice as a once in a while occasion, since I have physical issues with doing so regularly. I notice the batteries that I bought with with RDA have either depleted completely or has weak power draw. Are batteries known to die out relatively quicker than like smartphone devices? The are rechargeable ones and I’ve had them for less than a year.
Update: So far this e-cig seems to be working. I’m usually knocked out deep by 10 pm and its 11:15 right now, might be placebo though. If I last till 1-2 am then this e-cig definitely works.
@BBQ, what batteries and what builds do you use with them? Basic answer is yes but I push my batteries to the edge all the time and some are still holding up from 7 months ago.
@Kashiyukasthighs like I said, nicotine regardless of delivery device. You should get into dripping and rebuilding if you like the experience
@PapaRhino, what ever the device is that I posted on the first page. SX30 Ultra High drain 30 Amp hybrid imr 3.7v 2100mAh battery. Anyway, I bought some replacements at the same store that I got the rebuildable from.
