I’m a new student at UCLA (just moved in this weekend) and a gg slash player. Is anyone here an actual UCLA student as opposed to those who just frequent the arcade? Console wise I haven’t found anyone yet who has Slash. Anyways, I have an open schedule most of the time so I’ll be there whenever anyone wants to play slash :).
Also, an update to the arcade list: I’m pretty sure its Drummania 9, and Time Crisis 3.

Heh, good thing I transferred out of CS. I didn’t want to run the risk of setting back my life and I kind of lost interest/motivation in that major a while back.
As for summer, I was stuck in NC 1 month visiting family, back in SoCal another month for some work, then the last month in SF State. Competition’s aplenty there, but they’re pretty weak. Whereas UCLA is, kind of lacking in both departments, I guess. I blame the “staff.”

I’ll be on campus for most of Wednesday (tomorrow) daytime, if not all day, working Engineering Welcome Day. I may swing by the arcade.

Kinda crazy how fast stuff hits the fan at UCLA. Barely a week, and I’m already so swamped I can’t make the lunch crowd.
I heard that the 3S weekly is going to be today. And that’s all I know. I really doubt anyone will show, though. In any case, if such a thing exists, a sign on/near the cabinet and actual information would be useful.

Depends what games you play:
3rd is the most popular, and usually there are peeps Noon-2pm, with little trickles after 2-4 then 5 there’s a couple.
CvS2, sadly, has little or no peeps on it, maybe 2-3 a week near Noon -1pm…I think…if anyone disagrees, please say so, since I do want some competition, hehe…
But yeah, 3rd is the game…

There is marvel comp randomly throughout the day, but 3rd strike has most comp at almost all times lol.
am i missing any fresh 3S comp? and does anyone show up late, like 7-10 pm ish? i might stop by, i stay on campus till 12 and could use a break now and then…
