I just started playing more of 3s and marvel recently after a 4 year hiatus. I beat Angry white guy in games of marvel. like 5:1 ratio. Edit: oh wait I mean 1:5 What the hell do u guys look like? I’m the asian kid with sorta tinty glasses who doesn’t speak.
what team do you use? I usually associate people with teams.
Only marvel dukes i know are: angry white guy, jorge, lucas, paul, and that’s it for names =(
Local conventional wisdom is that Ky is top-tier now, since his projectile tweaks gives him vastly better lockdown capabilities. I call BS, but what do I know? I play May.
i am the asian guy that is always there. i use all mag based teams and scrub. potter owns me. angry white guy is no longer angry =( i can only do slide infinite with mag to 20 hits. thats about it for now lol
So say the Japanese too. I don’t believe it, as Ky still doesn’t have one of those near game ending death combos that almost every other character has, but I guess I’ll have to wait and see.
Ky can lockdown with qcf+S, but no crazy combos that I know of.
The videos I’ve seen of slash ky show that he’s not only a solid character, but he’s much more aggressive now and constantly keeps the other player in the corner. His throw frc is awesome, plus his air throw is now like baiken’s since it has wall bounce. All in all he’s definitely much much better, top tier? I don’t know…chipp looks pretty scary
Chipp’s like Strider now, but he can frc his HS and Dust teleport. Insane mixup right there.
