They are probably hoping to make a few dollars off the participants who will order food or drink since there’s no venue fee.
If they don’t think it’s rude they’ll at least not feel thanked for having us…
As an aside that comment made me laugh quite a bit think of you showing up with like a whole sandwich bar and serving everyone food just to cuckold the tavern’s culinary offerings

Nappy was so embarassed when someone packed pringles for him when we went to SB2 lololol. He was just sitting on the bed eatting them slowing so that no one would notice.
On a related note Nappy was the one who made the famous mango sentinal color scheme.

It’s highly frowned on to bring your own food and drink into the venue. The fact that neither they nor we charge a venue fee for holding tourneys there is definitely a plus. Considering this they like that we buy food and drink there while the tourney is going on so things even out for us using the space. The food is actually pretty good there. If you absolutely must bring food please eat it in your car or outside in the parking lot. Also flyer is located here.
I’m sorry to say but I won’t be able to make the tourney this time. My car’s transmission is failing and I’m quite literally between jobs (just got hired at Quad) so my schedule is horribly crunched.

Tekken players will be coming out again. So if you plan on playing, Dot, be sure to bring a stick since most of those guys play pad. You don’t have to enter the tournament to play Tekken casuals you know. All the good players will be there including Antonio and most likely Mateo.
I’ll see you guys tomorrow. I hope a lot of people decide to show up. I’d like to see people enter more than just SSF4 at this but I know that may be wishful thinking lol.
Like I said, I’ll be up for Soul Calibur 4, even though I’d be out of practice from my prime.
