Actually, quite a few characters have infinites, but only Steve and Raven’s are anywhere near practical. Unfortunately, Steve doesn’t actually need the infinite to kill you off of [3],1,1.
Ryo’s DP is still good (really good), but good hyperhop attacks (IE Gato) are too fucking fast to DP on reaction if you’re at a disadvantage. XI is much faster than 98. Regardless, hyperhopping is not invincible anyway; it just happens to be nasty in mixups because good hyperhops are basically instant overheads.
Anyway, as for Leo, it’s not like Rock was the first ever dude with blonde emo hair, but that outfit really is straight up Yuki. :looney:

Hmm I suppose. That’s an odd decision to make tho. The primary reason for female character design (especially according to Itagaki) is to introduce fantasy archtypes that can be feverishly fapped to when not actually playing the game…or during. Whatever the case Leo most definitely defeats that purpose.

I wonder if item customization affects gameplay? Like if Jack is all decked out his strength gets a dramatic increase but his speed takes a hamper, and if certain items allow for new moves and combos… Might get a bit confusing that way though cause I’m sure some items and customizations would lead to all hell sorts of brokeness.
