Yeah, Shinkuu was right, I was definetly speaking of BloodRed, Tetsuo arguably has the best Lei, however I was talking about someone within the states, not nationally, and Blood has played a damn solid Lei since I could remember.
Anyways, if my memory stands corrected, and someone should try to confirm it. However Ling’s supposedly much easier to hit in AOP now then she ever was in previous Tekken games. Due to more things being able to hit her out of the stance in T6 now.
Not only that, but it’s been stated that she has a very poor Bound System game…which in Tekken 6, is like…top priority…sad but true statement, most of the characters, infact practically all of them who rank low in the tier listing for T6 aren’t very good at getting damage off of bound. That’s what I’ve been hearing and reading thus far, I don’t know about the T6 Int. version, however.
Unless they beefed up Ling’s AOP so that it isn’t so easy to punish her for going into it, and improved her bound system game, then I don’t feel she’ll even remotely be on her DR lvl. They need to tweak that stupid bound system, because that system mechanic is so powerful that it plays a huge part into why characters are placed where they are on the tier listings.
Someone like Devil Jin already had a badass juggle capability and low into juggling capability, however something like Bound benefits his character more then practically anyone else, because he already had a good juggle+Low juggling game without it, but added with Bound…well, you get the point.
Me personally, since I play Jin, I really, really hate that stupid CD+1 that they’ve given to Jin in T5 going into T6. They should just give him back his T4 Left Hook instead, considering although that didn’t give him juggling potential, I would much rather prefer that then a super slow launcher that is very, very situational, not to mention, easy to see coming and to punish.
Tekken 6 honestly, balance isn’t my #1 concern, it’s how everyone is playing Tekken6 due to juggles+Bound+Wallsplat being so ridiculously powerful.
