I listened to a CD recently I forgot I even had. ATB’s Seven Years it’s been in my CD player for over a week now, I don’t know why I didn’t jam to it sooner. And I’m not a huge ATB fan either.
I second that.
Had my head in Armin Van Burren since I saw him play in September. I see a big DJ start edging towards the commercial side and that puts me off.

Partially because his music is average at best even though he’s so popular that he has his own shoe brand, and partially because his “live” sets are prerecorded and he fakes DJing.
All Tiesto does is open up iTunes, clicks ‘shuffle’ and then pumps his fist in the air for 8 hours. He’s vastly overrated.

For the ISOS Albums what does Tiesto actually do? He throws a few of his own tracks in there but most of the work isn’t his right?

Dubstep is huge here in Arizona. I’m not too fond of it as it’s a bit too slow for my taste but it isn’t terrible.
I haven’t gotten too deep into the genre but some of the shit I’ve heard is insanely good, like [media=youtube]bnDIzHndGl4[/media]. but sometimes producers overdo the wobbly bass stereotype and it just sounds silly. Dubstep is virtually nonexistant in Georgia as far as I know, big surprise.
