so for that marvel tourney at sg it was round robin. isn’t the person with the most points suppose to get the pot money for 1st? cuz i was 2-0 throughout the tourney and only went 2-1 against ian and ian didn’t go 2-0 throughout the whole tourney. just wondering yo

Yeah, but think about it like this, it’s not like it subtracts a point from me when someone wins 1 game against me.
If I beat A B C and D Player, I get 2 points for each, regardless.
All of my matches I got 2 points for, whereas when you and I played, you only got 1 point, and I got two.
So in the end, I would have 10 points (Played against 5 people, got 2 for each game) and you would only have 9, because you didn’t get 2 VS me.

i follow you. i just thought it was based on a record. whoever had the best record wins the pot, so if ian beat 5 people and was 2-0 in 3 of them and 2-1 in the other 2. he would be 10-2. i didn’t lose in any sets (was 2-0 throughout the tourney until i fought ian of course) so technically i had a better record. i guess i’m wrong for thinking on how the round robin tourney worked? not to put any one on blast, but when dj asked for the scores i thought that actually mattered.

rounds are if both opponents are tied and we need a tiebreaker. Ian went 4-0 you went 3-1. had you both been at 3-1 after your match round victories would have deiced the winner.
Sundays at serenity are pretty lowkey, but people usually do swing by after 5ish looking for games. I know the Sarasota Crowd expressed interest in coming up here on Sundays for KOF, but i have no clue if they are coming back up today… i’ll be here playing garou and what not.

Ian won going 4-0 against all the opponents you went 3-1.

I would go to Serenity but I just got back from NC last night. I maybe there Tuesday, I’ll play KOF but I’m mostly focused on AE/YouMVC3
