They’re a little weird sometimes… every once in a while the ice arrow will hit otg, but they’ll just instantly roll out instead of bouncing, I haven’t figured out yet why that happens, because it’ll sometimes happen after even short combos, so I don’t think it’s hitstun scaling
Anyway, protip for his corner otg combos: SUPERJUMP UPBACK after launcher. It sounds weird, and it feels a bit weird at first, but it works to line up the otg ice arrow to slide.

Hawkeye needs meter to work imo. If you have a couple bars, just spend it to stop whatever your opponents want to do with gimlet (which btw is -50 on block, just in case you have something that can punish that)
I’m currently messing with ghostrider/hawkeye/morrigan, and it seems to be working fairly well except for that I have no idea how to play morrigan if I get to that point. She’s just there for meter assist and more lameness once I manage to be able to do fireball flight cancel fireball shyt. Jump S + meter assist all day gets it done
