Mike shoulda never opened his mouth, he aint bout that life. Soon as he piss Rachael off, his lawyer career is over.

Donna was exceptionally enticing and sexy this episode. I will miss her.

At this point he’s screwed anyway. Without Harvey bailing him out Jessica has him by the balls. Considering how she feels about him, it’s only a matter of time before she’d fire him anyway. Might as well tell Rachel so you don’t lose everything.

I looked it up. In ny pretending to be an attorney is only a misdemeanor (felony in other states though). I highly doubt mike would do anytime if jessica turned him in. Mike doesn’t really have that much to lose compared to jessica. Best case for Jessica would be a temporary suspension of her license to practice law, worst case could be permanent disbarrment, loss of her firm…

Pretty sure the show’s going under the assumption that it’s a felony (or that the DA would treat it as such) otherwise Mike wouldn’t have backed down. He would’ve known the consequences for fraud like the back of his hand by now.

crimes are designed as felony/misdemeanor by statute. felonies can be reduced to misdemeanors but misdemeanors can’t be increased to be a felony. jessica might have the da as her friend but the state bar is whole different animal with an entirely different set of rules.

<span class=“fullContentDisplay” style=“color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);”><p style=“margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 1.7em; font-size: 1.2em;”>

In which case then it’s the former, the show likely treats it as NY considering fraudulent practice as a felony.

Yo Saitsu, the spoiler should be the same setup as on the Vbulletin boards- [ spoiler = whatever] text [/ spoiler] Just remove the spaces like so:

Well damn. Good job on the new forums, $RK!

Let me clarify. In the MGR thread it worked. Just didn’t work here for whatever reason.

Ah, I misread. Must need to sleep soon. Been grinding dat REVENGEANCE too hard I guess.

Back on the Suits talk: The firm is secure, but damn if Jessica didn’t wind up pissing everybody off to do it. I don’t see how she and Harvey are ever gonna reconcile after this…

They aren’t going to reconcile. Jessica will have the ENTIRE firm after her after this. Maybe not Louis if only because he doesn’t want to rock the boat. Harvey and Mike sure as hell are done with her. Scottie isn’t amused. Rachel will be pissed after Mike tells her. Two ace closers, a prodigy, an amazing paralegal and possibly the best hatchet man around if Louis is on their side…Jessica could be fucked.

Just wanted to chime in that this new board setup is very annoying and inefficient in the simple functions I need it to perform.

Back on topic, I have mixed feelings about the “dry hump” finale to this episode, I guess emotions were just riding high in that scene.

The scene where Jessica rolls up in the Men’s Bathroom on Harvey and tells him she could control him I think we saw his dick roll up into his stomach and become a vagina, I hated seeing a man be visibly broken like that. And then when he left to go welcome ol boy to the merger he looked so visibly shook and broken, I thought that nigga was gone shed a tear. Great acting

Interesting opening.
Let’s go back and see how it leads up to that moment.

At the party:
Harvey vs Darby - Gentleman’s Bet (via a case battle) with a wager on the merger/respect stuffs?
Jessica with that side-betting action.
Rachel… Why so fine?
Damn, Louis. That Brit, Nigel, is a piece of work to out-do you like that in your interests. Mudding? Really.

Harvey still mad at you, Scottie.

Welp, Rachel told Mike about what Louis had said regarding the Harvard rejection matter.
Good job dodging that request from Rachel though, Mike.

Louis hella bothered by Nigel’s antics with Donna, lol.
Efficiency test on both fronts?
You can beat him, Louis? Donna says you can.
Damn it, Louis. Stop giving Nigel rounds.

Rachel wants to go over Sheila’s head with that move (the letter).
Mike, though reluctant, agrees to help.
What’s this? Mike goes to Louis and tells him about Rachel’s plan.
Louis tells Mike the real reason why Rachel didn’t get in to Harvard.
Mike is like, “Louis, tell her.” Apparently, Louis has scruples.

Darby being ‘sporting’ to Harvey in regard to freezing the client’s assets?
Oh wait, Darby was baiting a counter?
Mike channeling Jessica with the spoiler action to Darby (Downton Abbey stuffs) was lolz. Interaction between the two of them was cool though.
Much like Donna, Jessica seems to know the happenings of many things and she confronts Darby on his West Coast meetings with other firms.
Jessica wants Darby to win over Harvey? Well, shit.

I’m liking these Harvey and Louis meetups.
Louis still pitching that he wants to be of help and Harvey is open to suggestions, like that merger info Louis has come across.
Seriously, Harvey? You’d deny Mike his Chinese Food like that? So cold.
Delay tactic for a reprieve sounds good but it comes with risk.

WTF at that meeting change-up the next day with Harvey/Scottie and Mike/Jessica, with both women saying that the guys should give up.
Jessica looking mad storming into Harvey’s office and telling Scottie to GTFO.
Harvey/Jessica confrontation so heated. That line, “Holt, Hardman, Zane - All of them are fleas.” Outside of the firm, sharks be circling.
Both trying to play power positions: Harvey (leaving the firm), Jessica (control).

Donna is like gatekeeper status in Harvey’s professional and personal life and she only wants what’s right for her man, in a sense.
You get a pass, Scottie, from Donna. However, to reach him, you have to drop the merger.

Scottie meeting with Mike is interesting, much like the story she told him regarding Harvey’s brother. The mentioning of family stuffs was unexpected, though it has a tie-in to Harvey’s behavior in regards to help.
Harvey doesn’t want any of the help though.
Donna offers her POV on the matter, in regard to Scottie and the file.

Another Louis and Nigel meeting… But, wait it actually seems pleasant this time around.
A somewhat mutual respect based on similar experiences that results in friendship?
Ha ha, Louis reneged on the efficiency list stuffs in regards to Nigel. This is your house, Louis.

Here we go, the Mike/Jessica confrontation.
Mike is like: “I’m gonna use the file.”
Jessica is like: “No you aren’t. Throw it out and go home.”
Though Mike tries to stand his ground, Jessica threatens Mike with one hell of a counter.
Damn, Harvey going in on Mike now. But Jessica interrupts and send Mike away and nullifies Harvey’s attempt to fire him? Holy shit.
The confrontation between Harvey and Jessica has built up to this but Jessica ends up telling Harvey how it’s gonna be from now on - In her house.
Jessica on that power trip and giving no fucks whatsoever.

Welp, Scottie lost her job based on her action to help out Harvey.
Things seem amicable between Harvey and Darby though.
Harvey making Darby realize Scottie’s role is a nice touch, something that Darby respects and takes into consideration with the reinstating of her job, in either London or New York.

Here we go, file room confrontation between Rachel and Mike. She locked the door, too!
Mike is having a hella bad day and this is a bad time for him right now, Rachel, considering that he’s lost many things up to this point and his situation is uncertain.
Welp, Mike tells Rachel that he didn’t get into Harvard either.
Rachel channels Donna with the slap action in response, then she tries to leave but Mike stops her.
That look… Where is this going?
DAMN
That scene was HOT!
holy fuck. that ending…damn. finally the secret holding them back is finally out. that scene def had the face of…“wait do you have a condom on…oh fuck it”

lol I was thinking the same time. Pretty hot scene for primetime. (still wanted Rachel’s bra to fall off.)

As for the aftermath, Rachel’s at a point of extremely vulnerability, but once the severity of Mike’s position sinks in, I don’t think she’ll be as lovey-dovey.

Jessica doesn’t realize that she’s turning into the very person she despises. They’ve been preparing her for the villain role mid-season. When she blatantly started using her “feminine wilds” to curry favor and it was proved that she literally has no social life outside work, I knew where they were headed.

I still think things can be salvaged, for now.
The females on this show…LORD HAVE MERCY! The redhead’s luscious, the brunette’s so lovely, Gina Torres - Yes [/Morpheus], but Rachel…I need Doc Fatality’s T.D. Jakes icon for her, smh. Her looks, especially dat voice…

TOO STRONG [/Dudley]. That whispering in the ear shit = GAME OVER

My boy Varys the Spider doing the damn thing on this show as well. .
