Spoiler
Damn, Hardman starting some shit.
Folsom Foods case? Nope. The firm getting served with a wrongful termination suit via Monica, though it’s probably more than that considering Hardman, especially with that confidentiality clause stemming from the agreement that Jessica signed.
And Hardman made the play with something Mike had done in an earlier case, too.
Hardman telling Harvey the straight truth that Jessica doesn’t trust him.
Oh, what?.. Jessica paying Bunk a visit at home.
15 million to call off Hardman? Jessica ain’t having none of that settling business.
Jessica stay hating enough to ruin the game for Bunk. So cold.
Rachel applying to go to Harvard is cool…
lol @ Mike telling Rachel about an abridged version of his first meeting with Harvey.
Wait, what will this mean for future Rachel screentime in regards to the episodic progression of the series?
Donna telling Hardman off was a highlight scene and being in Hardman’s former office was a nice touch.
Those slaps!
If that is something Donna does for someone that she dislikes/hates, could you imagine what Donna does for someone she likes?
Hardman playing hella dirty in the deposition with Jessica with multiple baits.
The insult made toward Jessica, in regards of Monica being a younger model, was pretty harsh.
Monica telling Mike later, “IDGAF what is happening with Jessica.”
The other deposition with Monica though… with Louis being a cause for blame. Really?
Later, Hardman to Harvey, “Settle? I wanna bleed you guys dry.”
Louis is trying hard to help out but Harvey is telling him to hang back on this one.
Dude can’t catch any breaks, especially when he found out that he was part of the basis of the suit by Monica.
The Hardman deposition was a bit of a nice twist considering the change in tactics, though Hardman still has the last word if the case ever went to court/trial.
Holy shit!
Louis vs Hardman in the elevator confrontation.
You tell him, Louis!
Mike managed to appeal to Monica regarding the gender aspect of both the Folsom Foods/termination suit cases.
A settlement is reached, which is surprising but Jessica is still mad about the agreement that Hardman made her sign.
Harvey and Donna banter scenes are always nice to see.
Jessica saying to 86 Hardman’s name off the wall was also cool.
Jessica visiting Bunk again?
Oh, she has thought about the merger proposal.
Bunk is like, "Sorry, but that offer is off the table. Pearson ‘Whatever’ ain’t no thing anymore."
That multiple case stuff (rocket docket) sounds pretty FUBAR, but it sounds like something Hardman would do, though.
2 more episodes till the end of the season.
