Yea I think it’s been proven that it’s higher or very close to equal, there was a really in depth post about it like a month after the games release, pretty sure it was @Eternal
o.
Xiao hai is well known for having off days. Probably because he’s so good with reactions. You can’t be on point with something like that every day, all day.
3 wasted bars and a 30 to 50% combo is already a big punishment.

Amphetamines are a glorious thing.
I’m sure that catches up to you. I can’t even drink coffee without having a mental crash(brain fog, slow reactions, grumpy lol) a few hours later.
Getting teabagged by Mika might affect your mental state too.

Yeah I was just kidding, I used to have an Adderall prescription and that shit would make me feel godlike for an hour and a half and then DOGSHIT for the rest of the day.
Some people’s bodies seem to handle it better than others though.

Cipher:
Sometimes I think I accidently visited Eventhubs again, by all the stuff people write here.
And yes,Mika is the devil, the only people who enjoy Mika are the ones who play her, burn in hell!!!
But Mikas an annoying CŪNT and she’s not fun to fight.
She’s also dishonest and I’m sure her ass is fake.
I have every right to bitch and complain.
Every right!

p1nkt1t5:
@LoyalSol Most Mika buttons are negative on block. Save for some of her lights, 6hp and charge 5hk, she is mostly negative. Whiffed com grabs for Mika are 28 frames are minimum or something like that.
*her 2hp can be made plus but she has to space it.
That has nothing to do with what I am talking about.
I am talking about the way she closes the gap and she probably has some of the most ways to stay at frame advantage from a neutral situation than nearly any other character. Drop kick, V-Reversal, c.HP, etc. are all ways to get in at frame advantage without requiring Mika to actually hit the opponent. And yes before anyone says anything of course you need to land V-Reversal. The problem is though that she can V-Reversal a lot of buttons practically on reaction and use that to get in.
The only other character I can name with multiple forward advancing tools that leave you in close with good frame advantage on block is Cammy.

Thanks to Mr @Darklightjg1 We can see the insane skill threshold that the totally fair Ken Masters require.
Much skills indeed. You really need the skills to pay the bills with Ken. You need to master holding up forward and doing a quarter circle backwards on the joystick then you press kick. You see, you need to do down, then down back then back THEN you press the kick button.
You know what is great, even if you don’t do the complicated motion, your opponent would still have to guess to anti-air. I know it is a hard to master but it is totally worth it.
I do actually agree that the Mika vortex is way too easily replicated by most people, it should be a bit more technical like Laura’s but to say stuff like Ken require a threshold of skills is just BS in my books.
Ken is even dumber than Mika in my eyes and probably one of the dumbest SF characters of all time. He is actually solid on top of having the ability to play like a retard.

The only real issue with Mika is the way her clap works. Its a poke that leads to a guaranteed combo/ mix up/ corner carry thats safe on block. On top of that she can combo into it too.
Closest to that is…ken’s back strong but that doesnt give him anywhere near the mix up that mika gets from hers. Maybe if it wasnt so good in footsies but meh. What i played of mika was really fun without being able to do clap shenanigans. Not to sure how you fix it since it is very much central to how she plays.

Do you guys ever wonder if you’ve actually gotten better at the game or you just get lucky a lot when things are suddenly going way better for you?
Bwahahahahahahhahaaha this shit is true though.
It’s 2016 and sf4 is dead and mahvel lives!!!
Only Capcom can kill Capcom. The Lords have spared Marvel
I just get lucky a lot. Haven’t improved in this game since July 21st actually

You know a character like Chun can dash forward and completely negate that right? Especially after the V-Trigger when you have all day to react.

I don’t get lucky because I still play SFV like it’s Street Fighter when it’s actually Wizardry.
Every time I win, you will respect it because I’m a good player depending on which coffee flavor I drink that day.
Don’t fight me when I’m drinking Cinnabon Coffee with my 90s Techno and DNB blastin’ in the background
