Okay I made a real tier list now, this is my interpretation of the cast excluding Urien because I have literally no clue just yet, need to invest more time in him. He’s still chilling in the lower corner though, needed that stupid fucking artwork somewhere.

I think most lists now would be roughly the same, the differences would just be someone moving up or down a notch in a categorie that wouldn’t really matter, like Dhalsim up one row Ibuki down one row etc.
The TT are pretty much set for now I don’t see anyone invading that space.
The only character that’s a bit better than I thought is Guile. I’d put him more high mid than low mid.

After losing some matches I shouldn’t be, getting somebody to ragequit feels really good.
I prefer just the positions of the characters , the “has faults” stuff makes the lists look like a half filled sudoku.

These lists look too much like people are purely counting how many times a character wins in a tournament. Don’t need a tier list if you’re just purely counting results. I still don’t personally think Ken is top 5 even though he wins often.
I definitely do believe Cammy is top 5.
Juri for now is within the bottom 5 theoretically, but potentially has strength to go up. Any list where she is bottom 2 or next to Fang doesn’t make much sense to me. Nobody with 3 frame buttons, invincible AA and EX reversal should be there.
Ryu never wins yet he’s always in the top 5…
I think Ken is easily TT results or not. Just got too much good shit to be mid tier.
