If enough of the good players that roam this thread end up using ibuki as a main or secondary, we should get a legit matchup thread going in the ibuki section. One that’s void of talk about faces and alts or what ibuki “should” have, would be an awesome start.

Very good gameplay during this tourney, fast gameplay all around too.
Think Kazunoko vs Daigo would have been more exciting as a GF though. Kazunoko his first tournament and also first one won with Cammy.
I remember when Ryu’s c.MK in SFIV used to low profile everything.
In this game if you’re playing Ryu you at least have a potential for 100 damage DP if you hit it deep. I hate having a light as my go to AA with Chun because you then have to go for a mix up that might work instead of just getting raw heavy damage.
Just give me Ibuki so I can land medium AA’s into special juggle and get an EX DP for straight damaging AA’s. Once Ibuki gets super people definitely won’t be jumping at her.
I think they suck on purpose since they don’t cost any real money.
