I’m actually interested in seeing Nintendo’s NX. There hasn’t been much info so far, but I’m wondering how it’ll measure up to PS4/XB1. Consoles are so much more advanced than the previous gen, so I wonder how NX will differ from their rivals.

I swear to fucking god if there’s anyone I hate more than Guile and Bison…it’s fucking Birdie. I don’t play enough Birdies online so it’s impossible to learn the matchup. Then when I finally play one I get bodied so fucking hard. I just have no idea what to do against him. I really fucking hate Birdie.

Waiting on the new PS4 to be revealed, the XB1 exclusives suck nowadays and PS4 runs most games better as it is.

I already wasn’t all that interested in the game, but figured I might give it a shot at some point. AlphaZero constantly bashing SFV and trying to push KI as the best thing ever that everyone should play just got tiring and made me less interested in actually playing it; it just reeks of desperation.

Same reason I probably won’t be playing Guilty Gear. Not much interest to begin with but still felt like I might give it a shot at some point; the “shills” (not the right term to use here but I don’t have a better one at the moment) kept pushing it while bashing SFV, and killed off said interest for me.

If they’re what the communities of said games are like, I want no part of it. Dealt with enough of that kind of crap from my local.

When we play, I’ll use Birdie. Then you’ll start learning…

Birdie shouldn’t be insanely hard for Vega. He can definitely contend with him in mid range (with the claw on) and in the close game the fat guy gets destroyed. Also he’s even more free than you on wakeup without VT.
Of course wall jumping on him is a bad idea in any situation…
