Cutting the Zenny shop out and just using the standard PSN/Steam interface is a good idea. I’d love to hear one day just how much of a clusterfuck setting up the Zenny shop was for Capcom.
It obvious they had real difficulties getting it to work and were looking at a real possibility of all the games DLC being made “trial period” before they projected finishing. I’m curious how they are going to handle all those special Japan only versions that came with Zenny as a bonus. My guess is that they are going to convert it into Fight Money.
Awesome that story mode will have the remaining DLC character available.
I really hope they consider future story expansions/chapters each season as new characters are released.
I’m proud of capcpom; even though they haven’t fixed anything yet, at least they were smart enough to add the dlc chars to buy them some time. I wanna play Juri and Urien, maybe they will add some diversity that is lacking at the moment.

Before announcement:
- Casuals were the only one who cared about story mode and hardcores such as ourselves LOL’ed at them wanting such a stupid single player mode.
After announcement:
- Hardcores care more about it because we can now get our hands on characters that aren’t coming out for months.
