Sakura’s ex tatsu being good on block again sounds like sf5 standards.
Sakura’s EX Tatsu was plus back in Ultra.
Don’t see why it would differ in V.
There was plus on block sweeps in sf4
Just cause something was this or that in sf4 hasn’t guaranteed nothing for returning characters in sf5.
The only characters I need in this game are Sim, Ryu & Zeku. I don’t give a fuck who else they add now.
