Urien is the kind of character that Capcom needs to make more of. High health, Cr.Mk which is + on block, St.Hp being just GDLK and wake up VT being only throw or CA punishable. Man this character is so fun to fight as Akuma.
I could put Ibuki below him, or on par with him at a joint spot.
But Laura? Hell no was she bottom 5.

Alex and Ibuki were basically about as good in season 1. Pretty safe to say she’s better in season 2

Aside from that first EU premier event, Laura didn’t really win anything big and wasn’t in top 8 or even top 16 a lot. Even in Capcom Cup there was only Mister Crimson playing her. And by the time it was his secondary character only.
She was bottom 5 imo but not bottom 3.
I feel Alex, birdie and Laura are interchangeable for the 7th, 8th and 9th worse characters in the game. My list was no particular order.
