Somebody from here would be nice. Wish i had laptop though. It’d make it easier to clean up the character threads. @OceanMachine let me know what you need. Just send ne an @ for whichever subforum needs a cleaning and how
Off topic, but don’t care, this is worth it. I had no clue SF3 was made on PS2 as a stand alone title outside of the Anniversary collection, although only released in Japan. o_o
Yeah jump fest was pretty solidified when Human Bomb’s Chun jumped forward without shame against Infiltration’s Nash to beat him. A character with a slower jump (but a pretty solid angled j.HK and instant legs hops over booms).
I have like every copy of 3rd Strike possible. Burned and retail copies of US Dreamcast 3rd Strike. US SF Anniversary PS2 3rd Strike. US SF Anniversary OG Xbox 3rd Strike. Japanese PS2 3rd Strike. PS3 OE 3rd Strike. 360 OE 3rd Strike. Emulated 3rd Strike. I probably have the LG and Vizio 3rd Strikes also.
I’m home
Anyone want Pleb Laura MU experience? Preferably NA
If you are on PS4, please pick training stage. It seems to reduce rollback by a good amount
I think people need to feel out anti-airs. I’d say about 1/3 matches I lose is because an anti-air gets stuffed against something with a lot of vertical reach or against a crossup my anti-air fails against. Not to mention characters like Laura who once you block you might just die.
Pretty much most of my matches come down to oops did you get mashed out or oops did your anti-air get beaten. I’m coming back to the game after awhile so there is some of that, but still not super fun. I’ll blame it on getting used to stuff for now, but the reward for a successful jump in can be potentially the round. I feel it is better than S1 though.
