Necalli’s non-CPT/Halloween design is boring as shit. His gameplay is reasonably interesting in that he basically has one of everything but a fast ranged poke (think your standard st.mk) and true fireball. I’m playing him again because they nerfed the shit out of my preferred Alex gameplan of BUILD THE WALL in favor of gimmicks, but definitely looking to jump ship to the next interesting character that drops. Akuma could have been the one but I’m too damn old to learn crouch vs standing confirms.
People criticize necalli so much and let edgelord Ryu(both akuma and evil Ryu I suppose) off the hook.
