So the answer is you can’t play a friend online yet because battle lounge isn’t working. But when it does work you add them as a fave with CFN then battle lounge a lobby?
If that is correct then my next question is when is the battle lounge function ready? Next month with the update?
And that would mean it’s not possible to play a friend online until then?
Think the leaderboard is dominated by Europe because the server is always dead when it’s US time peak hours. When you US guys sleep the Europe grinders get regular matches and move up.

Yup, feels like i’m playing the beta, but i’m not disappointed, cause I knew it would be the same, same menu’s, same balance, same feel. Probably just gonna focus on Dota and Melee, will play this game later on after they fix the issues, add more characters, and the game feels more complete, hype is dead for me. Still gonna mess around in training mode now and then though. The reason I won’t totally give up on this game is cause in 2 years it’s gonna be amazing content wise, mechanics wise.
I’ve jerked off twice now between games this isn’t right.

So some persistent rumors are going around on Steam that the game will be pulled tonight if Capcom doesn’t have matchmaking in a playable state.
This is looking to be an outright disaster of a launch.

They should. They should realize they fucked up and they rushed the game too soon just so they could make it in time for a tourney. They put way too much time constraint and pressure on themselves and it screwed them.
You’re already taking the L, might as well take it the entire way and take the next month finishing the online portion of the game before rereleasing it.
