The Street Fighter V Lounge - Balrog Mains on Suicide Watch

Execution in this game the hardest is Chun-Li. Everyone else is just fighting for not being last after that.

People from all skill levels have gotten me with that nonsense. Always feels bad. :frowning:

Still getting dropped from Battle Lounge matches for no reason.
Alex when?

Has anyone here had a problem trying to use Fraps on SFV when full screened? I can’t seem to get it to work in SFV despite working in every other game I try. I don’t get a frame counter and hitting record button does nothing. I can only record footage when recording the game windowed and having fraps record desktop.

I had the exact same problem, nothing I tried worked. Ended up just downloading OBS and using that.

No Cody, no Fraps, no frame data. Eternal washed up.

The one I’ve never understood is full screen ex fireballs.

Play it in Windows Media Player. Fraps is still catching up to Win 10, Still captures in full Res if you wanted to upload it to YT.

I’m on Windows 7, and I plan to stay that way as long as I can, lol.

Actually been doing stuff to add onto gilley’s work for the wiki. More planned in the future

T_T Cody tho. Least gimme Haggar!

I remember back in the beta, people were saying that jump in normals only has a small bit of proximity guard. Was this actually ever proved, because it sure doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Finally hit the rage quitters so far yesterday had R.Mika player, a Birdie player and a Ryu all of them with big win streaks.

You legit know within 15-20 seconds if the win streak is fraudulent or not.

My first time playing ranked I went on a 20 winstreak. Since then the best I’ve managed is a 7 win streak. I’ve never rage quitted, I was just lucky in who I got matched with.

Interview with Kiki and Bengus, part 1 of a series apparently. I read it through google translate’s engrish. Someone should translate the whole thing, it’d make a neat article for SRK or something >_>

Bengus mentions deadlines in the interview like 3~4x

@simon_ Try using your modem in bridge mode. Google for tutorials if you don’t know what I’m talking about. It worked for me and some other guy on reddit.

And make up your mind guys. Last time Cammy required no skill because no need to play neutral and godlike divekick setups. Now she has no legit tricks but she’s easy because she whiff punishes and out-footsies you. I don’t remember anyone ever saying that back in SF4! Besides, I thought that was supposed to be the hard stuff (and there are other characters with better buttons than her anyway).

I don’t remember rage quitting being this bad years ago.

Penalties for losing are harsher now, hence more rage quitting. It’s hardly priority one, but Capcom should really eventually make ranked friendlier. I get the theory of wanting higher level people to have earned it through playing well rather than just playing a lot, but this is netplay. The rankings are always going to be dumb, because netplay is always going to be dumb. Let me have my virtual pat on the back without having to worry about it being virtually revoked minutes later.

That’s because previous games actually penalized it in some way.

Alex out in a matter of weeks and we haven’t even seen a picture yet. Come on Capcom, we thirsty.

Weeks? Isn’t it on March 2nd that we get him?

I think they just mentioned a March 2016 release.
