Refresh rate for your monitor, has to be exactly right e.g. 60hz had this issue with sfiv and mkx on the pc, check ur monitor settings in Windows. I had 120hz monitor but it was set there as 60hz and it looked under water… Set to 120hz fixed it.
Even if ur monitor is 60hz and windows has it at 59.5hz it’ll screw up.

Who else thinks those art drawings in story mode are kinda, well… Shit. So many things out of proportion, almost no details, just poorly drawn in overall. Why Ken’s hair is white? Why Nash’s hair is white? What is wrong with Chun-Li’s hands in some scenes. It’s just one frame, is not even animated…
Yes, I had to play easy twice just to get colors for both Chun’s costumes.
Welp, I was gonna go through the story modes and stream or whatever, but not while the servers are shitting the bed. I want the fight money for my efforts. IDK why it’s strictly tied to being online or why we even have to create a new ID in the first place and can’t just use our PSN/Steam ID.
I also wished, if they were gonna go with something like this, then you could use the same ID on both Steam and PSN and all your stats and unlocks could transfer, but I really didn’t expect it to happen… that would be too convenient.
Now I’m getting disconnected every 5 seconds… Just trying to get this story mode Fm yooo
I’m sorta happy that we didn’t have a Chun Li code, and that game was tied to the account, cause this outfit is gorgeous when seen up close on my screen and actually fighting in it. o_O Cammy outfit will have to wait later. The screen shots did it no justice.
Fight Money is tied to online so people can’t hack it for Fight Money.

You don’t have to do hell difficulty.
Color 3 is under easy
Colors 4, 5, and 6 are under normal
Colors 7-10 are under hard.
If I just play hard do I get all the colors?
