If anyone ever figures out if it’s possible to trade Chun-Li, then I’m quite happy to give up mine (PC/Steam Pre-Order). Though it does seem to be installed already, but I don’t use Chun so I don’t care.

It might be too late for a lot of people but my brother got me a second code from our local Best Buy. He said his code didn’t work, played phone tag for a while and got a different code (after they tried giving him the same code again). So I was able to get Cammy’s costume as well. Still might trade my Bison for a US PS4 Ryu code. Otherwise I’ll be redeeming him 24 hours after this post.

I can attest outfit codes are definitely linked to one account so be careful when you login that your on the account you want it on. I wasnt careful but thankfully I got another code

there is a tip to get em working on all accounts :
deactivate all accounts.
activate then restore licenses.
restart the system.
cross fingers it would work.
