@sir_arthur and @Spyridon , the Chun-Li costume unlocks automatically. For me, it worked immediately. I read someone else say that they had to play through story mode for a while before seeing it (which seems odd to me).

Costume was not automatically unlocked for me. I played through story as chun as well, which unlocekd her story costume for story mode only, but I still have no costumes available for normal selection?
