I got all three for €13 (£10.23).
At the moment the cheapest for all three is €20 (£15).

Just a heads up, im probably wrong on this, buuuut besides the chun li code for pre-ordering on PC, i dont think any of the other costumes (cammy, bison, ryu) are available on PC without hacking, retailer codes for those characters were only for PS4.
