Hakumen actually has a 1f counter in the air, so that’s the closest thing to what he’s looking for.
Spin just wants to be able to jump, beat out perfectly timed AA’s fraudulently and talk shit about it. 
Definitely doesnt want to commit to them parries either.

No I’ll just rotate different anti-airs, special cancel them, or use ibuki b.mp in the desperate hope you wont parry one of the hits

Yeah, check out some Hakumen and/or Makoto matches. You can probably find someone that fits you better, but those two deal ignorant damage and have parries/counters.

No it’s when I intentionally leave gaps in my blockstrings so you attack, but in those gaps I leave a parry. It’s an OS; option parry; that catches a button you press to steal offence. Then I simply punish you for trying to touch me.
So SC6 and BB:CF are the flavor of the month now?
