Tried this and no dice. After I waited 2 hours for a download that should’ve needed 6 mins the download just magically restarted.
I’m hoping I don’t have to delete and reinstall Steam but all the other solutions I’ve found online don’t work.
I will look more into it when I get home,hopefully I can find something to help you out.

Booted up today and the problem seems to be sorted for now. However this isn’t the first time it’s happened so hopefully I can find a reliable fix.
I high key want to spring for GBVS while it’s on sale.
