Only times I do judge people based on looks, if I’m looking for girls to hit on.
I’ve always wonderd why black people have it so bad in america, now I know it better.
It is still stupid and just reinforces my opinion on a country I already saw as the bottom of the barrel.

Other countrys aren’t on the news about it the whole time and basically have a civil war because of it right now.
Knowing our politicians, they would rather order to use force against the non-minoritys for a better image.

No, it was off stream in the audience. Apparently, he was joking around and being loud (far from the stage from what I recall) with his friends watching the matches, and Wiz yelled at him to shut up or he’ll be kicked out.
There may be more to it than that, but that seems to be the gist of it.
The video is probably better to watch as KingJae was the one that filmed what happened and he goes over the clip.

In china there is even a so called white monkey jobs. Where white skinned russian and africans plays as someone from UK or US to recommend products and other stuff.
There was even a museum in China where black are with animal photos. It’s terrible.
In japan there is a bit of white monkey job back in the day.
In other place it’s mostly the problem is stereotype

Yeah, I think a lot of these are issues everywhere tbh. Canada has a bunch of issues with racism as well (not just blacks, but natives, asians, etc).
I’ve honestly been ignorant to a lot of it, but I’m paying more attention these days and am not proud of what I’m seeing.
And not only people in rural areas, but systemic issues at the highest levels.

@Cipher well Pertho hit the nail on the head for the most part. I remember Little Richard saying part of the reason he started singing the way he did was so that Pat Boone couldn’t sing his songs. They used to take black music and have it be song by a white artist. So he purposely sang in way that would be difficult to emulate. Not they didn’t try anyway though…

And there are people in Germany who likely wants to give blacks the same treatment. There are still neo nazi gatherings. A few years ago I found out there was a racist festival where they would have the usual festival games (hit the center of the target 
with a ball) but they would put the face of a black person at the center. I don’t know if they still hold that festival.

FTFY. Black music is American music. And almost every single music that originates in the States is from the Black community.
It’s fucked up because for a long time even the charts were segregated. Anything made by a black artist was deemed “race records” until the 1940’s, then they changed it to R&B. Same shit different day.

That was standard fare for the cosplay costumes. Honestly, Capcom got that one backwards. Since the outfits were presented as SF2 characters dressing as other characters, the default look should have been Juri’s bust in the Lilith outfit and the costume code should have been Lilith’s bust.
It’s not a matter of deciding to trigger a “helicopter boob” animation.
I’m fairly certain SFV handles breast jiggle similar to cloth and hair, with some form of physics simulation. You don’t directly animate the breast jiggle; the physics simulation animates the breasts based on the chest movement. You tweak and adjust various simulation values to get the results you want.
There are also differences to handling the 1P and 2P side. It is entirely possible that something in the code caused 1P and 2P Chun-Li to unintentionally show different behavior.
And the 2P helicopter boob animation looked so laughably bad that it is hard to see some coder/animator going through the effort to deliberately make only the 2P side exhibit such behavior.
