Yeah i think these strike a good balance.
I feel a legit proper grappler and a rekka character would add quite a bit variety.
I would love to see Necro animated in SFV style as well but we have a few limb zoners now so maybe he would be redundant.

Pretty sure they had concept art for Sodom from the get go. Not sure why they’ve held him back. I remember reading something about Capcom thinking he wouldn’t be a fan favourite or something. But that definitely hasn’t held them back before, lol.

No idea but it doesn’t make SF5 any less trash. I’ve learned to deal with plenty of things in SF5, it hasn’t made the game any more enjoyable to play.
V-triggers are a terrible concept and executed poorly on a bunch of characters. I can sit in training mode and figure it out or I can admit that I just don’t like the bloody things and go do something else.
Hate parries with a passion, gonna learn how to use the and deal with them. I’ve never denied the bullshit in older games. The bullshit in older games just isn’t acquired by winning over the opponent and then randomly getting hit by a 4 frame normal into a bunch of shit.
Yun is a pile of unadulterated horse shit in 3S. But at least his gameplan requires him to attempt to build meter. If he had a guaranteed genei jin every round based on losing half his life, he’d be fucking bonkers levels of stupid. Oh yeah, Urien basically has that and he has been a shitter since season 2.
In conclusion: that shit can be labbed but it won’t make it anymore fun.

Gonna be honest.
Why i do agree that dismissing something because is new is dumb, i think that generalizing someone not liking something new as simply dont wanting to accept new things is equally as dumb.
Since i have not watched the video, i wouldnt say that is Daigo’s posture, but i know a lot of idiots that dismiss anyone disliking anything as them not wanting to addapt.
Sometimes new doesnt mean better.

Tbh, comparing 3S to SFV, I can point out a lot of bullshit on both and a lot of stuff that each did right.
Really puts a lot of perspective into things when you look at it.
You know Daemos, I’m almost 100% sure you don’t actually play this game.
