They were fun to play in IV. I think Elena got a bad rap for healing, it should have been tied to her super instead of an ultra. Rolento, also fun - the ‘Nemo combo’ was hard to pull off but felt great when it landed. I like characters that bring something new and different to the game, and these two fit that mold.
Again, they were fun to play, not so much fun to fight. But then again who in SFV isn’t annoying to fight against? I say, throw them in!

Yeah, I agree with your points. I think you and I have different play styles so a lot of your points against SF3 is why I like it, lol, but I certainly understand it’s not for everyone

Yeah, I don’t think we’ve ever played. From what I understand (reading your posts etc), it seems like you play pretty aggressively and like to mix people up.
My ideal play style is a character with long, quick, cancellable pokes, and try to whiff punish people from a distance. I don’t necessarily like to zone but I also like a character with a decent projectile as I can hang back a little bit if I’m more comfortable a bit further back… Hence why I like Ken in 3S.
Edit: I should add that I do also like combo-heavy games where you’re aggressive (like MKX and MVC games). They’re just kinda like a new flavour I like to play around with, but my main games are typically a bit slower

I actually played Space Hulk : Deathwing recently. What a damn awesome underrated game.

I still wonder why the hell Blizzard was allowed to copy pretty much all from Warhammer and call it Starcraft.
More content for SF5 is neat in the sense that I figured they were done, and that they care enough to do it.
I’ve fallen completely off that game. The next batch of characters are all going to feel mostly the same as existing chars, similar frame data set ups, and if any old favorites come back they still need to be filtered through 5s engine.
The two best things to come out of this game were all the non-netcode CFN features and this community. Runner up prizes go to each of Laura’s tiddies.

Idek what my play style is I haven’t really reflected on it. I just play who I like an do what I do. In my mind I play characters differently but according to FlyingVe I have a very distinct style that is present in every character I use lol.

Or Warcraft.
Apparently they were all big Fans of the Tabletops and that as inspiration for both Warcraft and Starcraft.
Now if they would just have made something as awesome.
