I remember the Steam version of KOF98UM being a bit controversial on Steam forums at the time, as it was pretty much a port of the XBLA 98UM with Final Edition changes. People were upset that a game being advertised as the “ultimate” version of KOF98 lacked so many features that were present in the PS2 port. It even lacked the arranged soundtrack, as that had been cut from the XBLA port due to XBLA file size restrictions, and thus was not brought into the PC port. The PC port also launched with an input issue that I want to recall was present in the early XBLA version.
A dev later responded that they’d been contracted specifically to use the XBLA 98UM as the base, and were not allowed to add (or restore) features from other versions except for specifically contracted changes (netplay, FE changes).
I made jungle juice all the time in college for the exact reason Bea is saying. If done right, it’ll get more people the drunk level they want and it’s cheaper than a keg or a bunch of cases of beer.
Lots of parties hosted by women had jungle juice too.
I actually very rarely eat sweets in general. It almost always screws my blood sugar and makes me really grumpy, so I just tend to avoid it unless it’s a special occasion.
I was playing some games this morning for a bit, sitting in a normal wooden chair, basically perfectly straight for like an hour, and at some point, somehow, my neck got a massive kink on it. I can barely twist the thing. Wtf?
