The Street Fighter 3poxy Strike: Everybody at home but SF5 doesn't have Netcode

Added you. My SteamId is pairofrooks no spaces or underscores or other shenanigans.

And thx for the humble bundle tip Perth & Plus. I now own 30th as well as Strider (2014) since it was $4.50 and my fav game of that year.

So, how many of us got 30th on PC again? I lost count.

Adding as we speak, if you’re ok with it. We’re gonna get some good games in, and hopefully soon.

I believe it’s you, me, Pertho, Rooks, Plus, Zio and Vhozite.

I could buy it, but I rather want to fight Pertho in CF.

Both are worth purchases. Enjoy whatever you get.

I’m fine with what I have thank you very much.

Does he even play Anime Games besides BBTag? (And I’m pretty sure he has that one on PS4).

He said he was playing CF once. So I want to play him there, we could play Tag too, but I play Tag wack.
Basically I run up and throw people, but with Assists.

Training hitconfirms is the worst.

Got the one I wanted like, 15 times in a row and then I just couldn’t get it consistently no matter what.

I swear, cancelling into specials in older games is weirder than in the new ones. It feels so clunky.

If this goes on a shirt, I’m copping… maybe…

What’re you doing to train? Maybe the exercise is fucky.

Interesting. Do you have a manifesto that details how the consuming of bananas leads to success in life?

Hit cl.HP, cancel into special.

Really, that’s it.

I noticed I was leaving a lot of damage on the table against you, so I wanted to work on that.

Turns out you can do the exact same things multiple times and experience different results.

It’s different to SFV. You don’t look for the hit then do the special. You press the button and do the motion anyway, then react to it hitting. It’s super fucking hard in 3S, but there’s ways to train yourself:

  1. Look at the health bar.

  2. Look at the stun gauge.

  3. Look at the points above your health bar.

  4. Look for the hit spark, or, if you’re a pro fisher in Animal Crossing, listen for the sound (the latter is not as effective in some matchups).
