The Street Fighter 3poxy Strike: Everybody at home but SF5 doesn't have Netcode

I think it goes on sale somewhat often

Not as often as Skullgirls tho.

How much is it this time? 3 bucks?

I just remembered…

Isn’t @bigtochiro a 3S player?

For the record it wasn’t.
One thing is people with their own opinion that voice them and occasionally intersect with opinions that oppose mine.
One other thing is people that have no opinions unless it’s piggybacking on someone.

@Volt Pertho seem to have understood who am I talking about from his reply, once again you take an L.

Dahell?

You gotta argue to have a win, dumbass.

You came here throwing shade at some random ass bum, didn’t name names and sidestepped when I asked who it was. This is literally doing the same shit, you talking shit behind someone’s back with extra steps and acting like you got some moral high ground.

Fuck outta here tryna hand me these fake L’s, you get cooked every time you try to start shit, got a worse record than France.

Here’s a real one. Grab it with your teeth, Fido!

Is as if people actually played games based on their merits instead of finding excuses to keep dismising them they will be pleasently surprised.
Who knew.

That has got to be the lamest, most bitchmade passive-aggressive attempt of a threat I’ve ever seen in my life.

If your opponent is in the corner you can do meaty jab Hadouken, jab Hadouken, fierce Hadouken and they have to block the whole sequence. If they’re aware of that, you can throw jab Hadoukens after the initial meaty jab Hadoukens ad infinitum. When you think they’re going to jump, you can throw a fierce Hadouken to hit them out of their jump startup frames.

Here’s the secret to proper Hadouken play: when zoning, keep adjusting your position by ‘jiggling’ around (moving your stick/pad back and forth), so you’re not in one place for too long. The reason you get jump kicked while fireball zoning is because you’re a stationary target. This ‘jiggle zoning’ is very difficult to explain in writing - and you really just have to get a feel for it - but I’ll give it a shot:

A specific example would be: I knock my opponent down and the distance between us is such that I’m just outside the reach of his jump kick arc. So as he gets up, I slightly move forward to just inside his jump kick arc, baiting him to jump forward (having been conditioned by a barrage of previous fireballs) only for me to immediately take a step back again and throw a fierce fireball. If you time this right, he will get clipped by it just before he lands and you get a knockdown. Now you can do a meaty jab fireball, fierce fireball to push him out again.

DGV once explained the concept of ‘jiggle zoning’ to me, but I’ve never seen it in any guide or tutorial.

You’re so cute I could pinch your cheeks.

Wow, that’s great info. I’ve never heard of that technique. I’ll try moving back and forth for now, paying attention to what my opponents do in response. Thanks!

I’ve also heard of the jab/fierce hadoken, but haven’t labbed that, mainly I just need to get a better feel for the jab hadoken. I can meaty the fierce one pretty decently.

So what are the best sites to look for a job? Normally I’d have career fairs and stuff to go through school and stuff but those obviously aren’t happening.

I’ve been using Indeed and Monster, and I have a LinkedIn profile, but it feels like I could be doing more.
