Yes, but we still love it. Well, I still love it. I hate Alpha and 4, not really interested in 5, 2 is fine but I hate ST and HF is lamer than 3S, which is already wack. 3S is the least bad SF for me.

Yeah, the bookmark system changed and that prompt is annoying as hell. Why would someone want to delay something being bookmarked a month from now?
Also, Volt, to be honest. I don’t know if you should put in time learning a game you don’t love just to get good. I definitely see the benefit in learning ST to improve my faults, but I do like the game a lot.
I also like 3S a lot, so I play them both.
If you don’t love the game and are booting it up just to “get good”, on days when you’re stressed or something, it’ll be hard to find the motivation to play it, when you’d rather play BlazBlue instead, for example.

I’m starting to think people in here needed better parenting, or to find an better outlet to vent their frustration.
I was not taking jab at Pertho, I was just being honest about what I think, he’s actually been pretty chill recently and I have appreciated that.
He asked, I answered honestly.
And my guess is he didn’t get mad at it, and took it at face value.
On the other hand there are some bitch asses around that have to get their boot licking in apparently.
As per me being the pot calling the kettle, yeah, a bit, I’m stubborn too. I think I pick my battles better, and most importantly I have no problem apologizing and admitting fault when I’m wrong, not like you have examples of that to look that dates back to less than a week.

Outside that @Evil_Canadian what’s your take on the slow ass beam assist with weird angle?
Now that it’s testable do you think it can be used in place of a regular beam assist? It seems to pop the opponent up instead of holding it in place, which is making my bomb loops drop.
If UI Goku turns to be an actual anchor I could sacrifice 17 to the altar of Trunks point God and just age my Gohan a few years to put him in 2nd.

Yeah, not falling in that SFV trap again. That dumb game did a real number on my mind.
Truth be told, I don’t “love” these games. There will always be something that bothers me and stuff that I like.
To make things worse, I am a filthy casual.
I gotta admit it. I don’t have the drive to just sit in training mode and learn stuff the right way.
However, I do have fun playing on lounges with y’all. 99% of the time I’m getting bodied, sure, but I do learn a bit more with each set. Randoms just don’t scratch that itch.
I think I could go on but I don’t even know wtf I’m trying to say tbh, so I’m just ranting I guess. Weird.

If you want to be in a chatroom wasting time talking shit behind my back, I’m glad I made an impact in your life. Because for all the time people waste talking about me, I’ll spend it here at least helping people get started on getting better.

So far I’ve had people bring up my profession as a means to insult me, my wife as a means to insult me and been cunts about answering simple questions…but odds are high that they still think they have some type of moral high ground on anything. Meanwhile people here ask questions and I’m actively giving answers and actively encouraging people to play.
Playing > Not playing.
Helping > Not Helping.
Looking for games > Looking to get mad at how companies market their products on twitter.

This seems like a knock at me, so let me address it…
You were calling out traits that you see in Pertho, in which seemed to be in a negative light (because you said leading up to it that he comes off as “extremely ‘texan’ “ , and followed it up with “and yes, that is to be taken in the wrong way.”), and then proceeded to list unflattering traits that you very much have, as if you didn’t realize it.
It was funny to me that you would do such a thing so I commented on it.
I also pointed out that I think Pertho compromises more because that’s just how I see it. If you don’t agree with that, then yeah, I can see why it would look like I was sucking up, but that’s my honest opinion.
So what, next year?
