The holes are a little bigger than the buttons. American parts are all screw-ins and the holes were frequently drilled by hand, so they usually afford a little slop room.
How would I go about taking a template that is just pure black with nothing on it and putting it on a stick?

I’m currently in the process of building my second arcade stick (but first case and layout) and I have some trouble, or I think that I’ve trouble with the korean layout. I was used to the japanese layout, but I have problems with the space between the buttons: they seem to be a little bit (around 1 - 3mm) to wide for my fingers. I can’t input 1,2,3,4 fast enough to do a non-delayed 1,2,3,4 with Kaz in T6BR.
Also, I have ordered a Myoungshin Fanta from etokki.com (thank you laugh! great job!), which btw. feels so much better than my old Sanwa JLF, so I’ve decided to go korean this time. While doing the layout, I noticed, that the buttons seem to be far too low. Is it okay, did I made a mistake? Or is it REALLY the Crown korean layout?
Is this layout used for the T6BR arcades in green arcade?
Would be nice to get some feedback soon, since I want to drill it in an hour or two.
