Hooman, you picked up Honda really quickly! I’m really impressed. One thing I forgot to tell you is that if you manage to land a bear hug on a cornered opponent, you can walk under and cross up sweep (the cr. roundhouse one, not the back roundhouse one). It catches most people off guard and you can go right into ochio on block.
Jay, I don’t know how long you’ve been playing DJ, but you picked up on most of his normals pretty quickly. Start trying to implement more cross ups into your game, that’s the staple of his offense. After a cross up cr. jab cr. jab, you can combo, tick throw, block string, or go for another cross up. Cross up j. forward gives you a really good guessing game. Your Chun is really good, too. You baited reversal whatever a lot, which is really good. I’m not really sure if you want to spend time learning to super through projectiles. I really don’t think it’s worth your time. In theory it’s possible, but it’s really hard.

I need EVERYONE there tomorrow. We’re gonna do a team tourney and it’s gonna be hype as fuck. Please EVERYONE show up. Attendance has been pretty poor the past couple of weeks and we need to get the rust off before SSF4 hits. Team tourney starting at 10. Be there!
Also, I have an idea that I’d like to implement in the summertime and I need everyone’s feedback on this. It’s nothing I feel like typing out on SRK so if possible I’d like to address everyone at Starbase tomorrow. If everything goes as planned, this summer is gonna be extremely hype and competitive. Moreso than ever before. I really hope everyone shows up tomorrow. I need to discuss this asap so I can really start working on it.

Haha don’t sweat it Frankie. It’s not hard to catch up man. Imo, our group is as good as its player collective so in essence, when someone doesn’t show, they aren’t losing out as much as the group is, but at the same time is drop this shit in a heartbeat to see FNM or Mr. Bungle.
Pretty much been waiting since 7th grade to see FNM live. Tonight’s show is the last night of the three nights they’ve been playing at the Warfield.
Still sucks because sessions are:
A) Fun because I get to kick it with friends
B) Fun because we get solid practice
When I don’t play a lot it varies. Sometimes I get better, sometimes I get worse. Like this past session for instance. Either you guys all got better against playing the Seth matchup, or I got worse :). I’m thinking the latter haha
When Super comes out, I’m sure I’ll be playing a lot more often.
