I will be taking a break from SF for a few days or weeks until the Thailand stage gets its music back and some things are rectified. I feel like a group of mischiefs pushed my friend into pulling a mean prank on me.
It’s also been a little disheartening with a lot of shit lately with SF - it flushed 8$ of mine down the toilet, there have been a lot of delays and server maintenance, the costumes keep robbing me blind, and this is my own fault but I spent all of my fight money immediately on the new colors, thinking I’d roll up my sleeves and truck through the entire list, before I saw they were available for previewing online after I already spent it… This has all been a little too much :s
I spent two years of my life playing World of Warcraft and there weren’t so many “servers maintenances” as in SFV.
I need someone to explain this to me with words that not include “incompetence” “low budget” “monkeys programming” “A bunch of raccoons eat the server cables” or “because of a wizard”.

They did.
Wasn’t a very good one though; it was produced by Lauren Faust, Tara Strong, and John De Lancie and felt more like a promotion of the show than really looking into why the fan-base sprung up like it did.
I can only speak for myself, but I got into it 'cause the characters are good, the writing’s good, and…well, it’s all around a solid show, though it started off a bit weak I admit. Not the best thing ever but still good.
And…well, I like cute things.

The removal of the stage music is pathetic. The prayer being used wasn’t in ANYWAY offensive. The part of the chant included in Thailand stage literally says “God is Great” (which they are probably referring to Bison but no one knows that), how is it wrong to include that? This is why globalization is a fucking sham. Some cultures simply cannot and will not integrate. You want others to tolerate, even celebrate your culture yet you suddenly grow a stick up your ass the moment it is referenced by an outsider. PFFT!
What’s sadder still is that Islam is the second biggest religion in Thailand. But whatever, use Buddhist chants Capcom next time, it’s safer. Or just use this and call it a fucking day.
