whatever, it’s been a really long break from SF4. I’ll probably still play bison intermittently in SSF4, but I’m looking forward to maining Makoto. If you guys remember me and some of my old whine posts…I just really don’t want to through the SF4 bison experience again :sad:

as much as I would love that I don’t see it hapening. that’s like wishing SK put people into a juggle state so you could follow up with an ultra afterwards.

I’m noticing a lot of people are realizing that bison is a HELL of a lot easier to fight if you abuse Focus Attacks. You can FA backdash out of SK, DR (ex and normal), SD (ex and normal), FA from a bit past mid range and you lock down SK and Slides and jump attacks. And if you get tagged with PC then you deserve it.
It’s a sad state of affairs for our beloved Lord Bison
I get the feeling that they will fix a bunch of Bisons moves and give him a nice useful new move, but after the other characters get their tweaks, he will end up being exactly where he is now. Medium to high mid tier.
What’s pissing me off is that other characters have had new specials named/confirmed, second alt costumes confirmed, second ultra’s explained in detail, and yet all we have as Bison fans is a few video’s of other people doing an ultra that leaves NOTHING but questions to ask (as well as dropped jaws), and that’s aboot it. No pics of alt costumes, no new moves, no details on fixes, NOTHING. best we got is a few people saying that cLK x 3 appears to be easier to pull off (mind you it’s top players doing the combos, so…)
