My problem with Guile is…he just rapes Bison for free, cuz of his normals. Now Guile got a even better Sonic boom in Super maynee.

Yeah, it’s a shitty matchup. Easily one of the worst in the game. That being said, it’s still winnable, and if you can get around his zoning long enough to mount an offense then you’ll be alright. At least he doen’t have an easily comboable ultra.

Alvien…you got me in the lab. this belongs more in psycho science thread but I’m just going to post it here because it’s kind of relevant to the whole PC discussion.

EDIT: this was a garish wall of text and it doesn’t really belong here on second thought. head over to the psycho science thread in the SF4 forum to catch it. i think i might have found a legit crossup PC setup in SF4. the only fault of it is the big tech window which could throw off the crossup and make it whiff, but if timed properly this setup will hit like 80-90% of the time. it’s just that random factor of when the opponent will tech the knockdown. this setup + new PC hitbox = ridiculous fucking dictatorship in 2010.

Read the other thread, sounds promising! I’ll def be doing some experimenting myself when Super hits.

Forget what that joker says. Dude said Guile has no combos and you see Gilley’s videos with like a billion of them. The game’s not out. There’s plenty of time for the rest of us to dissect the game apart after it’s release so we’ll determine that.

Does Dee Jay have an Air Throw? If not then we will have a MUCH easier time with him than with Guile. Srs. Air Throw is one of the main reasons why it’s such a bad match-up. Well that’s just my 2 cents.
