As a teen I spend two years in India. One of my most profound memories was when there was a group of German teenagers causing trouble in a temple, where I was as well. The police booked me, and claimed I was the instigator of the trouble. I was mad upset about this, since I went to the temple to do a traditional offering. India is fucking amazing as a country, there are things there that you will not ever see anywhere else, and I feel blessed for the experience. The attitude of the people can be spiteful, and takes a lot of India’s charm away.
Edit: Bollywood movies are mad, the music helps me meditate.

I think the caste system is a fuckin joke and I can honestly say I have never discriminated another Hindu thru the caste system.

I thought the Rocky movies where fine up until 5. It should have ended with 4. The only thing that could make this movie good is if Rocky dies in the ring. It would need a kick ass story to pull that off though.

There is another Rocky movie coming out though, called “Rocky Balboa”. I started a thread on it but it got merged into the movie thread (it shouldn’t have). There’s some pics if you look in there. He’s old.
Good thing is, caste system was more our parents era- Now the 2nd/3rd generation indians are more likely to marry outside their own caste. Hell, i’ve seen alot of mixed-race marriages in the last 5-10 years. 20 years ago that would be unheard of.
