I watched Flashbacks of a Fool tonight, I actually liked it quite a bit. Would recommend.
It’s pretty fun, yeah. Much better than your typical superhero movie.

i heard it loses a lot of what made the book so enjoyable. i heard sam rockwell was good tho…
and where’s the mad men love for the week? just watched last night’s episode, very good show. that show makes tv worth watching.

the first episode seemed kind of surreal like this can’t actually be happening it must be a dream or something, but apparently it isn’t
the acting is horrible in the 2nd episode too which is kind of weird because every episode of the 1st season was solid
i didn’t read the book for choke so i don’t know how faithful it was, but some dude tried to pick up my date i think while i was pee’ing after the movie and he said its not like the book
i only read part of the book…i never have any money to go out to the movies anymore anyways…
the theaters out here in vegas are pretty shitty to what i’m used to, but the one at red rock is nice as hell
i place so many bets at their sportsbook too so i get comp tickets if i axe
i went to pick up some tuesday releases [got sarah marshall blu/texas chainsaw blu] and i saw PULSE 2, had to cop that cause the original was so bad and the sequel is equally as bad. the whole movie was shot on a green screen i think, none of the scenes look legit. i hope FEAST 2 is much better
Dimension Extreme seems hit or miss. Either they put out great movies like Inside, Cottage, Nightmare Detective, etc or crap like Pulse 2, The Killing Gene (so so bad), Automaton Transfusion, etc.
I saw Student Bodies there, didn’t know that got released. Only $10 too can’t beat that. Awesome movie.
I also found some guy selling P2 on HD DVD which is cool cause only a thousand or so were made and they’re sitting in a warehouse since HD DVD it never got released. So now I got a shitty unreleased movie on a dead format

yeah i live prob 15 min or so from the knitting factory depending on traffic. the only people you will see in hollywood are bums, tourists, and skaters/punk wannabes. for celebrities you have to be in bev hills, weho or other neighborhoods/tmz hotspots. Knitting Factory is right near the main drag of hollywood blvd though so you can see all the freaks dressed as jack sparrow/superman/bloodrayne, etc

I watched the first episode last night and didnt see anything wrong with it. it wasnt a knockout like most eps in first season but it had to do a lot of heavy lifting drama-wise it felt like.
