OK so I’m teaching jiu jitsu and this boxer comes over because I teach out of a boxing gym. Starts tellin me he used to do mma and loves training and jiu jitsu and starts askin about maybe taking classes… He’s 17.hes built like a fuckin Russian assassin. He looks like he’s 24 at the youngest. Arms bigger than two of mine. What in the fuck.

Yeah I was the victim of the infamous TX rolling outages BS. Like somehow they found it possible to give us 3 minutes of power + 2 hours without power. The payoff is mind boggling.

So you mean to tell me that during the insane TX summer heat where everyone turns on their AC it’s OK but a snow storm hits and they’re all like “hurr durr don’t use your heating systems, it’s crippling the power grid!”

Midworst is used to this garbage. Spent an hour shoveling 3/4th of the driveway after work. Even stray cats here are tougher than Texans. There’s a pair of goons that go everywhere together that came by while I was shoveling, demanding pets and playing in the snow.
