… I don’t wanna be that guy. But did you ever look into that case? She admitted to lying about her age. It was a Stat rape case. Case was dropped… Wasn’t even the reason he went to jail.

is this separate from the rico case or did the state just add that all into the rico case. because those are two different things…if it was stacked in more than likely he admitted to a bunch of charges to get a lesser sentence and that was just in it.
I don’t know about that case, but their is a video of it, It’s obviously statutory rape. These where 3 felony accounts he admitted to.
I’d look into the case before spitting things as facts. Like I said if it’s part of the Rico him admitting to those crimes doesn’t mean he did them. It means the govt was gonna fuck him in the ass with jail time if he didn’t admit to it. That’s also why he started snitchin on people.

A damn shame I have to TRICK grown ass men into doing their jobs. I find myself more and more having to come up with these elaborate, and on occasion deceitful schemes in order to keep other crews from dodging work. I shouldn’t have to do this to force a fellow deckhand AND his captain to carry their own weight
