I’m generally tired of being vegan, so I’ve made some Mexican Street Corn.
INGREDIENTS
6 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
sour cream
lime juice
chili powder
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
queso fresco or any kind of desired cheese
chopped fresh cilantro
sausage
Preheat grill for high heat. Brush corn with vegetable oil. Grill corn, turning every 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred on all sides. Cool and cut corn kernels off cob.
In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder and cayenne. Garnish with queso fresco and chopped cilantro.
Note: You can also buy frozen corn to make things even easier for you.

Yeah I don’t know why but the way I got the rest results originally made it seem like I didn’t have it. Something weird happened and now it looks diff and says I’m positive. Even the nurse I talked to said it was weird how it didn’t automatically send me messages on what to do with a positive test result
I mean…how do you think you caught it?
Three possibilities come to mind.

-tattoo shop last sun
-lifting weights last Tuesday. Least likely because that’s when I started to feel a bit off but the next day all my joints hurt like a mutherfucker
… Now I’m thinking about that fucking drunk French guy who was touching me while driving because he couldnt put his fuckin phone down to give me whatever direction he wanted

Unfortunately I’m not. I’m atm dealing with a multi day fever, headaches, chills, flem, sore throat, my joints hurt like a bitch for the first two days.
I grew up as a really sick kid so I suspected if I got this I’d be pretty fucked.

Almost lost my foot at work a few minutes ago. Foot got caught between the boat and the piling, a few more inches and my foot would’ve been a slushy.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more terrified in my life, only thing saved me was God. No broken bones or anything, just a tad bit of soreness and swelling
